What is the difference between RISE Premium and RISE Economy Edition?
Our RISE Premium features a solid tabletop while the Economy Edition features a unique sectioned tabletop that easily snaps together during assembly. By dividing the tabletop into (3) sections, we are able to reduce the overall shipping profile and provide you with a low-priced sit-stand desk.

RISE Desk has the highest and lowest adjustable range of all our models:
- Minimum height of 25 inches
- Maximum height of 51 inches

How much weight can it support?
While most desk setups will rarely exceed 150 lbs, we advise a safe limit at 300 lbs of weight for the RISE Desk. -
How long is the warranty?
The warranty on our adjustable-height bases is 5 years from the time of your purchase. The warranty on our tabletops is 1 year. -

How much time does assembly take?
Our desks are designed to be as simplified as possible. Expect to set aside at least 30 mins to assemble your desk, including unboxing. -
Do I need a special outlet converter to power my desk?
Nope - our desks are powered by a standard two-prong plug. 100 - 240V -
Which size tabletops are recommended on this base?
- Maximum recommended tabletop length: 72”
- Minimum recommended tabletop length: 44”

I just received my desk and it isn’t working. Is it broken?
All desks need to be activated once assembled. Please refer to activation process below:
Handset Activation Steps:
1. Unlock the handset if necessary. Then press and hold the Up and Down buttons simultaneously until the base lowers all the way down and beeps.
2. Press the Up button once.See Activation Video below for a visual reference:

I’ve had my desk for a while now and it recently stopped working. Is it broken?
It’s likely not broken. But just in case, please refer to handset reset instructions below:
Handset Reset Steps:

RETURNS
Stuck on the fence? Don't worry. We'll let you try your order for 14 days -- if you don't absolutely love it, we’ll let you return it free of charge and issue a refund.
Please keep in mind:- Be sure to keep all original packaging during your 14-day trial period in case you don't love your order and would like to return it
- All order returns must be approved by EasyErgo within 14 days of receipt
- All returns must be received by EasyErgo in "like-new" condition and in the original factory packaging
- Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional 25% fee which will be deducted from your refund amount
- Once we have inspected the return, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund
- Returns are only accepted on items purchased. Service-related charges such as assembly and shipping are non-refundable. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any products are excluded
This return policy does not apply to products reflecting the following:

- Damage in shipment caused by a carrier

The Rise Premium Desk and Apollo chair is the best combination for the your home office. Great build quality, modern design and very comfortable. The desk is very easy to use and easy adjustable for working sitting down or standing. The dual motors and easy controls makes it very quick to adjust from sitting to standing at your desired height. The studio teak table top looks great! Very moderns and built well. The Apollo chair is the best chair that I have ever owned. It is so comfortable and ergonomic that I can actually sit for long periods compared to other chairs! So many ways you can adjust it to fit your needs. Not to mention, the design is modern as well and looks great! Highly recommend this table and chair!

This desk checks all the boxes and is game changing for me as I am now working from home. It's small enough to fit virtually anywhere but has enough space to provide me with my laptop and an extra screen. Just put my new RISE Premium Desk to work. Have used it for just a week and so far I am very happy. Good quality and contemporary design. The movement is quick and quiet. The 3 memory positions are easy to set up and work well.
The only thing I would like to see improved is an optional larger size table top. The 60 x 30 is alright, but a 72 x 32 (or 34) would be even better.
