Our APOLLO chair and adjustable height bases are backed by a 5-year warranty and covers any manufacturer-related defects. Tabletops are backed by a 1-year and covers any manufacturer-related defects. If something goes wrong, just let us know and we’ll make it right ASAP.

If this is not your first time activating your desk, try resetting your frame by activating the handset and pressing the “up” and “down” buttons simultaneously until your desk lowers all the way down. Then press only the “up” button. Still nothing? Send us a note and we'll work on taking care of it.

Our RISE Desk has a minimum height of 25.9 inches and a maximum height of 51.5 inches.

RISE Light has a minimum height of 27.17 inches and a maximum height of 45.28 inches.

Our desk should be powered by any standard 110/230 VAC power current. We include a standard 2-prong outlet power cord for orders to the US and will provide the appropriate power adapter for international orders.

While most desk setups will rarely exceed 150 lbs, we advise a safe limit at 300 lbs of weight for the RISE Standing Desk, and 264 lbs for the RISE Light Standing Desk.

That's an easy fix. You'll just need to loosen the screws on the bottom of the crossbar and extend it outward according to the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the tabletop (Step 1 on assembly guide). This action will pull way the internal bars and open the space, inside, which allows the screws to sit all the way down. Extend the crossbar according to the pre-drilled holes found underneath the tops.

Overview on how to fasten the screws:

Step 1. Loosen the crossbar screws and extend the base (this should open the space for the screw to sit all the way down). You could also make sure by pulling the internal bars away from either end once the crossbar screws are loosened.
