Return Policy

Stuck on the fence? Don't worry. We'll let you try your order for 30 days -- if you don't absolutely love it, we’ll pick it up and issue you a refund.

Please keep in mind:

- All order returns must be approved by EasyErgo within 30 days of receipt.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns must be received by EasyErgo in "like-new" condition and in the original factory packaging.
- Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional 25% fee to cover repairs or part-replacement.
- Once we have inspected the return, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
- Returns are only accepted on items purchased. Service-related charges such as assembly and shipping are non-refundable. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any products are excluded.

This return policy does not apply to products reflecting the following:
• Damage in shipment caused by a carrier
• Defects caused by improper installation
• Products subject to improper use and conditions
• Customer modifications to the product
• Any product that has been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of EasyErgo
• Damaged items caused by wear and tear in the office
