  • Our U-shaped Hygiene Panels encapsulate employee workstations to provide a more hygienic workspace and help stop the spread of harmful germs. Unlike most Acrylic panel solutions, our Hygiene Panels are composed of multiple smaller panels connected together to form a “U” shape. By sitting on top of work surfaces, our panels are quick and easy to install, not intrusive, and do not require any special tools or alterations to existing furniture.

    Please note that we require a minimum order quantity of 5 units per order.

    Estimated shipping time is currently 2-4 weeks

  • RETURNS

    Stuck on the fence? Don't worry. We'll let you try your order for 14 days -- if you don't absolutely love it, we’ll let you return it free of charge and issue a refund.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Be sure to keep all original packaging during your 14-day trial period in case you don't love your order and would like to return it
    • All order returns must be approved by EasyErgo within 14 days of receipt
    • All returns must be received by EasyErgo in "like-new" condition and in the original factory packaging
    • Items missing packaging or damaged beyond the expected wear from light use will incur an additional 25% fee which will be deducted from your refund amount
    • Once we have inspected the return, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund
    • Returns are only accepted on items purchased. Service-related charges such as assembly and shipping are non-refundable. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any products are excluded

    This return policy does not apply to products reflecting the following:

    • Custom-designed desks (tops or bases)
    • Damage in shipment caused by a carrier
    • Defects caused by improper installation
    • Products subject to improper use and conditions
    • Customer modifications to the product
    • Any product that has been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of EasyErgo
    • Damaged items caused by wear and tear in the office

    WARRANTY

    All of our products are backed by a hassle-free manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any manufacturer-related issues or defects, please reach out to us at hello@easyergo.Co and we will get to work to make it right. 

    • Adjustable-height bases and related hardware: 5-year warranty
    • Tabletops: 1-year warranty 
    • Chairs: 5-year warranty
